Earn your beer at our monthly HIIT class held every first Saturday of the month with experienced fitness teacher and trainer at Equinox Fitness Club, Jessica Richter. Start your day with this 40 minute high intensity interval training class, and follow it with 2 "mission" (8oz) pours in the tap room.

  • $15 early registration or $20 at the door
  • Ticket includes entry to the class and 2 8oz pours. Just bring your mat, tennis shoes and water!

Class & Instructor Description:

  • Jessica Richter brings over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and teaches and trains at Equinox, Four Seasons and privately.
  • HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
